Ani Larmina is a multimedia artist and illustrator based in Nottingham.

With a degree in fashion design and two decades of experience climbing the professional ladder in the visual art industry, her heart has always resonated in the quieter realm of personal art expression, experimenting with different media, looking for new ways to convey her unique vision.

Ani’s work is an ongoing love letter to the wild, driven by her passion for gothic romanticism and fascination with the beauty of the endless cycle of Nature.

Using various painting and graphic techniques, Ani blends abstract and realistic expressions to evoke a dreamlike, introspective mood in which everyone can explore their own “shadows”.

Her contribution to the local art scene is marked by two Holbrook Art Prize wins and her membership as an exhibitor with the Nottingham Society of Artists since 2023.
